War unites

Some time last year, I had a conversation with a friend.  There’d been large demonstrations against the government some place, probably Iran, and she asked “If the country was attacked, would it start a rebellion against the Govt ??”

My reply was that an outside attack is the kind of thing that unites a country.  Would be revolutionaries would unite with the Govt to repel the invaders.  They want a country to have a revolution in, and they can’t do that if the country doesn’t exist anymore.

So to Iran today.  On the first day that the USA attacked, they targeted and killed 170 primary school kids.
Any Iranian who thought they might get a sympathetic ally for their revolution had the veil ripped from their eyes.  Their ally was a demon.

No Quisling is going to get to lead when they are standing in a pool of the blood of their school children.
